Summer Berries with Goat Cheese for Bon Appetit

July’s been busy! Lots and lots of fun stuff. This series of take-to-work breakfasts for Bon Appetit was awesome and delicious and healthy. All of my favorite things.

Cherry Ginger Muesli with Cocoa Nibs for Etsy. The goal here was to give muesli a little of the granola spotlight with lively, creative flavors.

I went to the Capay Tomato Festival last weekend. It was a little slice of summertime heaven.

Beautiful grapes

I’ve been photographing a cookbook the last two weeks, and these grapes were so lovely – they demanded a quick still life.

These all look like delicious breakfasts. I’ve been super into oatmeal lately; with juicy Jersey peaches, it’s a very filling treat!ReplyCancel

This? Is one of the best travel tips I’ve ever seen. Heck, I’m tempted to go buy a rice cooker to try some experiments just at home. It’s one of those things that can flex your creativity by limiting your resources — like partner dancing with only one hand.ReplyCancel

Love the breakfast series! I must try that berry salad. It is brilliant to combine berries with black pepper and goat cheese and even more brilliant to eat such a thing for breakfast.ReplyCancel

I have just started eating really healthy the last few weeks. I have been having muesli with greek yogurt and lots of fruit. I feel much better after just a few days. I love your breakfast options.ReplyCancel
