BON APPETIT FOOD LOVER’S CLEANSE 2013

Blueberry Porridge - Bon Appetit

I was delighted to shoot Bon Appetit Food Lover’s Cleanse for a second year this December. (This year with the tremendous help of Stacy Ladenburger – thank you!) The two-week menu plan is fantastic. It’s creative, vibrant, wholesome, interesting and produce-centric with some meat and fish – kind of how I like to eat all year, which is probably why it resonates with me and why I love the project so much. It starts tomorrow! Even if you don’t intend to follow along faithfully, there’s a wealth of inspiration for eating well in the new year. It’s a gem.

Happy New Year, gang!

Yes, loooove the food lover cleanse! I did it for a week last year and will be doing it again for a week this month. The food was so delicious and nutritious. I should just compile all the recipes from the 3 years and make them my go-to meals for everyday clean eating :)ReplyCancel

  • Kelly - January 23, 2013 - 5:26 pm

So funny! I totally tweeted about this article saying it was the only kind of ‘cleanse’ I could handle.ReplyCancel

  • Edward - March 22, 2013 - 10:45 am

Even-though it is the end of March right now. This is something I will try for a few days and see how it feels to “cleanse” myself this way.
    Thanks for sharing.
