I was delighted to shoot Bon Appetit Food Lover’s Cleanse for a second year this December. (This year with the tremendous help of Stacy Ladenburger – thank you!) The two-week menu plan is fantastic. It’s creative, vibrant, wholesome, interesting and produce-centric with some meat and fish – kind of how I like to eat all year, which is probably why it resonates with me and why I love the project so much. It starts tomorrow! Even if you don’t intend to follow along faithfully, there’s a wealth of inspiration for eating well in the new year. It’s a gem.
