GRILL-ROASTED CHICKEN

Bon Appetit invited five bloggers to take a test spin with their ridiculously awesome new grilling book. I was thrilled to have a go at grill-roasting a whole chicken. I love me a roast chicken – it’s classic and a go-to on cold evenings or when looking to feed a small group. So it goes without saying that I loved this grill-roasted chicken too.
