PORTLAND, OREGON! I’m heading your way. I love summers in the Pacific Northwest and I’m so excited to be there. I’ll be demoing 2 vibrant summer recipes from my book: Green Rice Salad with Nectarines and Corn (pictured, above), and Sweet Corn Fritters with Avocado Crema (below.)
